Community Guidelines
Bizu is a social app for meeting people and chatting live on video. To keep it friendly and safe for everyone, these rules apply to every call, message, photo and profile.
- Age: Bizu is for adults 18+ only (date of birth at sign-up); hosts are also ID-verified. Anything involving minors is reported to the authorities.
- No nudity or underwear/lingerie, no sexual acts or sexually suggestive poses — on camera or in photos.
- No sexual talk or solicitation: don't ask for or offer sexual content, “shows” or meetings.
- No off-platform contact or payments: don't share phone numbers, social media, addresses or payment details (they are hidden automatically).
- Respect: no harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying or violence.
- No recording, screenshots or sharing of calls without consent.
- No drugs, weapons, illegal gambling or illegal activity on camera.
- No fraud, spam, fake profiles or pressuring for gifts.
- Consent: anyone can end a call at any time; hosts can block or report any user.
Breaking the rules leads to a warning, then strikes; at the 3rd strike the account is banned. Serious violations (minors, sexual content, threats) mean an immediate ban. Report any problem with the Report button.
Sanctions scale and appeal
- Depending on severity, repetition and evidence: a warning, then strikes; at the 3rd strike the account is banned.
- Serious violations (minors, sexual content, exploitation, threats or violence, fraud) lead to an immediate ban.
- You are told in the app which measure was applied (warning, strike or ban) and, whenever possible, why.
- Appeal: you can ask for the decision to be reviewed at suporte@bizu.live, with your username and an explanation. The decision is reviewed by a person on the team.
