What is Bizu?
A social 1-to-1 video chat app to meet people from all over the world, with real, ID-verified hosts. No bots, no fake profiles and no public rooms.
Who can use it?
Adults 18+ only. You confirm your date of birth at sign-up; hosts also verify their identity.
How much does it cost?
You buy coins and each host sets her per-minute price. You always see the price before calling; the current packs are in the app Store.
Do I pay if video does not connect?
No. Billing only starts once video is actually connected; minutes with the connection down are free, and the call ends by itself if it does not recover.
Are calls recorded?
Bizu does not record calls: video flows directly between the two devices (or via an encrypted relay server when the network requires it). Recording is forbidden for both sides.
What is forbidden?
Nudity, sexual content or talk, sexual requests, harassment, exchanging contacts and off-platform payments. See the Community Guidelines.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: we refund paid coins you have not used if you ask within 14 days of the purchase, and we correct wrong charges. Calls are billed per started minute and nothing is charged before video connects. See the Refund policy.
Hosts
How do I become a host?
Sign up as a host, enter your date of birth and country and complete ID verification. Once approved you can go online. See the host guide.
How much do I earn?
You earn for every call minute and every gift, depending on your tier. The current table is in your dashboard.
How do I stay safe?
Block, Panic, Report, optional geo-block and watermark. Never share personal details.
Technical
Which devices work?
Recent browsers on iPhone (Safari), Android (Chrome) and desktop. We recommend installing it as an app (Add to Home Screen).
The picture is blocky or frozen — why?
Almost always the network. Bizu aims for HD (720p–1080p); on weak networks the picture may slow down or freeze briefly. Use stable Wi-Fi and good light.
No sound on iPhone.
Tap the big sound button on screen; iOS requires a tap to enable audio.
Which languages are available?
Portuguese (PT and BR), English, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese, Thai, Filipino, Arabic, Ukrainian and Russian, with automatic chat translation.
Can I work on Bizu while working on other platforms?
Yes, there is no exclusivity. Use standby mode: you are “Available” without a camera and Bizu rings when a client calls (push, ringtone, vibration). On Android the app stays active in the background with a “Bizu: available” notification. On a computer, use OBS Virtual Camera to share one webcam across several apps. Unanswered calls only count lightly towards your acceptance rate.
