Start with a shared language

Read the host’s profile and compare the languages she lists with the language you want to speak. A country does not tell you which languages someone speaks. If you want a relaxed conversation, choose a language you both feel comfortable using and start with a simple topic such as music, food, travel or everyday life.

Language preferences help you choose; they do not guarantee a particular host, accent or language will be available. A social conversation is not a language lesson or a professional interpreting service.

Check the time, not just the country

Whether you are reading from an EU country, a Nordic country, the United States or Australia, your evening may be someone else’s morning. Several of these regions span multiple time zones, and daylight-saving changes do not always happen on the same date.

1. For a call now, check who is currently available in the app.
2. For a planned call, compare the actual date and time shown in the booking screen with your local calendar. Check the time-zone label before paying; do not assume a displayed time belongs to the host’s country.
3. Check the request status. A requested booking still needs the host’s acceptance.

Compare the cost before you choose

Each host sets a live-call price between 180 and 300 coins per minute, displayed before the call. Billing starts when video connects and is per started minute. Decide how many coins you want to spend and check your balance before starting.

Read the coin-pack price and payment options in the in-app coin shop. For booked calls, review the available durations, final total and cancellation conditions separately: bookings require purchased coins and may have duration-based discounts. Do not assume the booked-call total equals the live per-minute rate. Sending chat messages requires at least one coin purchase.

Prepare your browser and your space

You can use Bizu in a phone or computer browser without a subscription. Create a client account and confirm you are at least 18. Before a call, check your connection, camera and microphone permissions. Headphones and a quiet place can make it easier to hear one another; keep documents and personal information out of the camera background.

Keep personal details private

Hosts see your nickname, country and language, not your email or IP address. Keep conversations and payments inside Bizu; requests for outside contact details and payments are not allowed. You can block or report another user. The on-screen watermark discourages recording but cannot prevent every screen recording, so share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Know what kind of conversation you are choosing

Hosts are women aged 18 or over whose identity is checked using an ID document and video selfie. Only verified hosts can take calls. Bizu is a paid social conversation service, not a dating matchmaking or therapy service. A call does not promise romance, friendship or an in-person meeting. Nudity, sexual requests and sexual shows are prohibited.
