How it works
- Create a client account and confirm that you are at least 18. Open Bizu in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on a compatible device.
- Choose an available host, check her languages and coin price, and buy an eligible coin pack when ready.
- Allow the camera and microphone. Start your conversation and enable captions if supported; use short sentences and check anything unclear.

What live translation means
Translation is shown as text and captions, not a replacement voice. Speech recognition needs browser support and permission; translation also depends on the selected language and service availability. Arabic and English are supported targets in the current integration; Hebrew is not currently supported as a translation target. You can choose another supported language. Errors or delays are possible.
Languages, cultures and access
For readers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Israel, the focus is social conversation and language or cultural exchange. The same conversation-first approach applies to Japan and the United States. A country mention is not a guarantee of local network access or host availability. Check whether the service connects on your network before buying coins.
Inviting someone
Share your invitation link voluntarily. An eligible invited client receives 1000 promotional coins after their first eligible coin-pack purchase. Client referrers can receive 10% in promotional coins on qualifying purchases during 90 days, capped at 10000 coins per invited client. Promotional expiry and eligibility apply; these are coins, not cash earnings.

Can I video chat with live translation on Bizu?
Yes, through translated captions and text chat in supported languages. Captions require compatible speech recognition and permission. Translation can be unavailable or inaccurate; it is not voice dubbing.
Can I use Bizu on my iPhone without the App Store?
Open Bizu in Safari, create your account and allow camera and microphone access. No App Store installation is needed. Caption support depends on your device, browser and language.
How many coins does a video call cost?
Hosts set prices from 180 to 300 coins per started minute of connected video. Check the profile before calling. Booked calls have a separate total and require purchased coins.
Can I use the welcome coins before buying a pack?
No. The 600 welcome coins are promotional and unlock after your first eligible coin-pack purchase. They expire 30 days after being granted. The entry offer does not unlock them.
Does the first purchase give me extra coins?
Your first eligible coin pack adds 50% of its base coins, up to 3000 extra coins. The entry offer is excluded. Invitation rewards have separate eligibility conditions.
Can I choose someone who speaks my language?
Check host profiles and the languages listed before calling. Availability changes. Hebrew translation and a Hebrew app interface are not currently available; this Hebrew information page links to the English app.
