Video Chat on iPhone in Safari — No App Store Download

Bizu runs in Safari on iPhone. You do not install it from the App Store. Captions still depend on the browser speech recognition, and Arabic and English are the supported caption languages.

Steps in Safari

  1. Open Safari on the iPhone, not a browser built into another app, and type app.bizu.live in the address bar.
  2. Create a client account and confirm that you are 18 or older. The app screen you open is in English, including when you arrived from this Arabic or English guide.
  3. When Safari asks for the camera and the microphone, choose Allow. Without both permissions the call has no picture and no sound.
  4. If you blocked permission before: Settings, then Safari, then Camera and Microphone, and allow the site. Re-open the page after the change.
  5. To add Bizu to the home screen: the Share button in Safari, then Add to Home Screen, then Add. The icon opens the same site. It is not an App Store install.
  6. Buy coins by card in the in-app coin shop. There is no subscription. Read the amount shown before you confirm.
  7. Choose an available host and read her languages and price. The host sets a price between 180 and 300 coins per started minute after video connects, shown on her profile before you call. Start the call only if you accept that rate.
  8. Keep the call tab in the foreground. If you switch apps, the system may stop the camera. Plug in the charger if the battery is low, and use headphones if the room is noisy.

An honest note about captions

Captions are translated text, not a dubbed voice. They depend on Safari speech recognition and on microphone permission. Arabic and English are supported caption languages. If no caption appears, the call can still continue with audio and without translation. We do not promise that every iOS version shows captions the same way.

Recognition works better with clear speech in Modern Standard Arabic or clear English than with very fast talk. Use short sentences if you are relying on the text. This is help for a conversation, not a certified interpreting service.

Eligible technical failures within 20 seconds of the first charge receive an automatic coin refund, up to 3 times per client per day. Normal hangups and calls with gifts are excluded. Bookings have separate terms. Messages are not charged in coins. Sending a message needs a coin balance above zero.

What this page does not say

We do not say that other apps stopped working on iPhone, and we do not describe another company’s store policy. Bizu is a site you open in Safari. If another app is installed on your phone, it is outside this guide.

Adding the icon to the home screen does not create a subscription and does not reserve a host. The icon is a shortcut. The price is still on the profile, and availability changes.

If the picture stops after a few minutes, keep Safari open, allow the camera again, and start a new call. Do not treat a hangup you chose as a technical failure. Try another network if video stays black after you allow permission. Headphones help when the text lags behind the voice, because you hear the sentence and then read the translation. This page does not ask you to delete any other app from the iPhone.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a minute cost?

Hosts set prices from 180 to 300 coins per started minute after video connects. Check the profile before calling; bookings have a separate total.

How does translation work?

Translation appears as text chat and live captions, not dubbed audio. Arabic and English are supported. Captions depend on browser speech recognition and permissions; errors, delays or unavailability are possible.

How are hosts verified?

Hosts must be 18+ and complete document-based identity verification before receiving calls. This is not a teaching qualification or a guarantee of behaviour.

What about privacy and watermarks?

A watermark with the viewer’s name appears during calls. You can block and report; a report may include an image from the call. A watermark cannot prevent the other person from taking screenshots.

Does Bizu work in iPhone Safari?

Open Bizu in compatible Safari without an App Store installation and allow camera and microphone access. Caption support and connectivity depend on the device, browser and network.

Are coins refunded if the call drops?

Eligible technical failures within 20 seconds of the first charge receive an automatic coin refund, up to 3 times per client per day. Normal hangups and calls with gifts are excluded. Bookings have separate terms.

How do I add Bizu to the home screen?

In Safari: Share, then Add to Home Screen. That is a shortcut to the site, not an App Store install.

Do captions work in every browser?

No. They depend on browser speech recognition. Arabic and English are supported. The call can continue without captions.

Open Safari and start there

Use Safari, allow the camera and microphone, then choose a host and read her coin price.
